no parkour is acrobatics, tricks and martial arts stunts and much more, Free Run is a kind of Parkour but It’s Like getting fast to a place like you wouldnt stop and do a backflip if someone is after you? but in parkour, they do flips ^^

Hey ninja you have it wrong, what i have always thought they were are:-
Parkour - getting from point A to B as fast as possible
Free running - tricks, manoeuvres stuff like that, but i could be wrong so feel free to correct me
The one is the white is Danny Ilabaca, was the other one Zade Callingham?
