    Perhaps your …
Perhaps your website is a “little” misrepresentative then..

I’d like to see you do more to prove your differences from any other Parkour business, as they are not very apparent at the moment. Working with the Yamakasi etc. does not make you perfect. :)

    I’m very surprised …
I’m very surprised to hear you think that PKGen is a media group. The amount of media work is extremely small in comparison to the daily teaching and coaching that takes place which is the priority. Videos are put out to help share the knowledge that a lot of the experienced guys have. They can only be in one place at a time so this is one way in which “media” can help.

but Its hard to find decent places to practise around BC
but i do use it to get to school everyday

(backyard shortcuts) shortest way from point A to B
I also have to climb a one story building (abandoned) but still lotsa fun

let’s just say that my walk to school is the highlight of my day

    Teggy! In order to …
Teggy! In order to get stuff done we have to be a business my friend, certainly to get the amount done we want to do anyway. And I’d never thought of ourselves as a media group, but I guess the occasional video can’t show all the training, teaching, etc, etc.

    Why do almost all …
Why do almost all parkour videos turn into arguments over if it is parkour or freerunning, they are both meant to be sports that you define by the way you move. So you define for yourself what it is to parkour or freerun. Either way they are both the art of movement.

    Parkour was never …
Parkour was never ment to have flips in it, was suppose to be get from point a to b, and also b to a, as fluid as possible. Parkour fluid as possible, Freerunning some same factors, but for looks.

    i’m ignorant too, …
i’m ignorant too, but from what i’ve looked up, the point of parkour is to efficiently, fluidly, and quickly overcome an object, freerunning is supposed to be more aesthetically pleasin- look better/ cooler, for example flips, wallrunning and such. There is a lot more to it but i suggest looking it up.

but i’m also ignorant about it: could you explain the difference between parkour and free running, please?

    I don’t like the …
I don’t like the amount of judgement and selection implied by Dan, it’s a shame to think that he thinks in that way.

I also feel it’s a shame that Parkour Generations is represented very much as a media group, and is officially a business. Although a lot of good has been done, I see a huge number of flaws and wish that some people within the team would aim for a better way of going about things.
