Hi, I was wondering what are you thoughts on the Vibram Five Fingers?
For Skylar. I would say avoid running barefoot on single level shacks with the sheet metal roofs.

Hi!
Have you guys seen this parkour stuff on MTV? Pretty incredible.
Seriously, I wish I could run up a 10 foot wall and dismount with a backflip!
For now I think I’ll leave to the pros and save myself the concussion.
Check it out.

Hey ninja you have it wrong, what i have always thought they were are:-
Parkour - getting from point A to B as fast as possible
Free running - tricks, manoeuvres stuff like that, but i could be wrong so feel free to correct me :)
The one is the white is Danny Ilabaca, was the other one Zade Callingham?

I don't know what this is all about, i use regular running shoes. Some Asics and they work just fine, but then again, I am not exactly an elite parcour runner.

The Vibrem Fivefingers Classic,Sprint,Kso. and Flow models are excelent for parkour as they have a razor sipped bottom that actually grips the ground, wall, table,or whatever you are free running about on. these thoes are also great for all kinds of active sports. my roommate just got a pair and I just ordered them online because they are exactly what a bad ass urban ninja should be wearing in 2010. Happy free running!
