I have never read anything about David Belle getting hurt but Jackie Chan as broken his bones over 100 times.. its like any mad man can drive a car fast smart people play it safe.

Jackie Chan is good and can do some things David Belle dont do at a risk to himself
David Belle is good and can jump from 10m something Jackie Chan could never do i dont see how David could not do Jackie Chan moves if he wanted to.

If you read about David Belle he dont just do parkour he is just as good at Martial Arts as jackie chan he just dont brag about what he can do… livewire could soon be better than both of these guys

I am wanting to learn how to urban run. Where do i learn these techniques? I live in a 3rd world country where single level shacks with the sheet metal roofs is more than common. What type of things do i need to avoid?

Yea it’s dangerous, but how is it pointless? Makes for a great camera shot. =P

Ive been using Nike Rift’s for a while now, and over my six years of running and 1 year of parkour, i have to say they are the best shoes i have ever had. The balance is wonderful and compliments my technique, grip is just right. Hard to get but highly recommended!
